The space
The master suite is downstairs and has a king sized bed. All other bedrooms are located on the second floor and have queen sized beds. There is one full bathroom upstairs, one downstairs, and one en suite to the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a formal dining room, bar area, living room, reading nook, and great room to meet your needs. All rooms are equipped with at least four pillows, at least two sets of linens, additional comforters, two towels, and plush robes for your convenience. Queen flannel sheets also available. Enjoy the tv with roku, watch a nostalgic DVD or VHS, pick a record to set the mood, or pull out some board games. We hope you enjoy your stay!
Guest access
You have full access to all areas of the house and there are walking paths through the property from the backyard. We cannot allow hunting on property without explicit written permission from owners and an additional fee. Please reach out to us with any questions around hunting.

Neighborhood overview
Located in Baldwin City, you are just minutes away from a quiet main street in Cornelia, 20 minutes to the closest Winery, and 25 minutes from historic Helen. Closest grocery is under 10 minutes and AJ's has great pizza! There's also a children's playground within walking distance of the Manor.
